Homework - Tuesday 16th January - Friday 19th January

This week's activities are either reading based or can be orally completed to make things a bit easier for parents. The story map for Goldilocks can completed orally or written if your child is capable and you are using a suitable device.

Please complete the week beginning the 9th January 2024. There is no need to print these documents. Work through them with your child on a tablet/laptop. In many cases devices will let you write directly onto the worksheets. If not complete orally. This is a trial but if it works it will be a more efficient way of setting homework. The Little Red Riding Hood is for confident readers so if your child isn't at this stage please read it to them and let them tell you about the version we read in class today. If the PDF version doesn't let you draw on the worksheet I have included a gif version as well.

Rugby World Cup 2023 - On Friday 8th September we celebrated the start of the Rugby World Cup. It was wonderful to see all the children talked about the countries represented in our class and who they were supporting in the tournament. We also played some rugby! It was a great day. 🏈

Henry Hippo Penalty Shoot Out

Today the Year 3 children took part in the Henry Hippo Penalty Shoot out organised by the Ulster Bank. Thank you so much for all your donations that are going to a wonderful cause. The children all had fun but Gerald was the champion! Well done Gerald. laugh
